Q: How do I book Kaila Love Entertainment?

A: Send a request through the Book Now page at https://www.kailaloveentertainment.com/book-online, call 239-284-7935, or email kaila@kailaloveentertainment.com. Every request reaches Kaila personally — she reviews and responds to each one herself, so you're never dealing with a call center or an agent.

 

Q: What acts and lineups can I choose from?

A: Two acts, many lineups. Kaila Love performs solo, as a duo or trio, or fronting a full party band — including the Kaila Love Band, the Funk & Soul Band, Kaila Love and the Anthem Classic Rock Band, Kaila Love & The Wayward Souls (8-piece), Motown Magic, Kaila Love & The Horizon (yacht rock), and Coastal Cowgirls (country line dancing with an instructor). Viviana Vox is a luxury solo vocal act, also available with The Sweeties dancers or the full Viviana Vox & The Back Line band. There are also 25 themed shows, from Sock Hop and Studio 54 Disco to Women of Rock and Sade Jazz.

 

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Every event is quoted individually based on the act, lineup, length of performance, and location. Reach out with your date and event details and Kaila will put together a quote for your event.

 

Q: How do I hold my date?

A: A deposit of 25% of the performance fee holds your date. The date is yours once the deposit is in — popular season dates in Southwest Florida book well in advance, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

 

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: Kaila Love Entertainment is based in Naples, Florida, and performs across Southwest Florida — Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Sanibel. Local bookings are generally within a 50-mile radius of Naples, excluding holidays; events beyond that radius are welcome, with a travel fee added to the quote. And yes — Kaila travels: for national and international bookings, travel, lodging, and meals for the performer(s) are arranged and paid by the client as part of the booking.

 

Q: Do you bring your own sound and equipment?

A: Yes — professional sound is part of the performance. For larger venues and outdoor spaces, sound and staging requirements are discussed per event when your quote is prepared, so everything is settled before the day.

 

Q: Can we request songs or build the show around a theme?

A: Yes. Song requests are welcome, and if your event has a theme, the themed show library — 25 productions including Sock Hop, Studio 54 Disco, Women of Rock, Gold Era, and Soul Train — can anchor the whole night. For a special request Kaila doesn't already perform, give at least two weeks' notice — special requests are prepared for an additional fee, confirmed in your quote.

 

Q: How long is a typical performance?

A: Performances are built around your event — from a one-hour show to a full three-hour party. Longer performances run in sets of about an hour and fifteen minutes, with a short break between sets. When you reach out, tell Kaila about your run of show and she'll recommend the format that fits.

 

Q: What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

A: The 25% deposit that holds your date is non-refundable — no exceptions. When you book, your date and your performers are held exclusively for you, and other work for that day is turned away, so the deposit is not refunded for cancellations at any time. If you need to change your date and you let us know 30 days or more in advance, we'll do our best to reschedule you to a new date, subject to availability. Date changes with less than 30 days' notice can't be accommodated.

 

Q: When should we book?

A: As early as possible. Season dates in Naples and Southwest Florida — especially weekends and holidays — are often spoken for months ahead. If your date is soon, still ask: every request reaches Kaila personally, and she'll tell you honestly whether she can make it work.
